Hearth and Handmade – No Returns Policy

At Hearth and Handmade, every item is carefully handcrafted and made with attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hearthandhandmade30@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun or the order has shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Colour and Handmade Variations

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, size, and finish are normal and are part of the unique character of each piece. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
